David Zwifka

The Rev. Dr. David A. Zwifka, Rector, St. Mark’s, Lewistown

Father Zwifka has been a communicant in good standing in the Diocese for 9 years. He was Priest-in-charge, St. Michael & All Angels, Middletown, 2008-2010. Member, Diocesan Liturgical Committee, Diocesan Commission for Congregational Development, Diocesan HIV/AIDS Commission; Faculty, School of Christian Studies; Ad Hoc Committee on C056 (Pastoral Response for Same Gender Blessings).
Rowena Gibbons

The Rev. Rowena Gibbons, Rector, St. James, Mansfield

Rev. Gibbons is a member of the Mansfield Ministerium and Board Member, Mansfield University Protestant Campus Ministry. In the Diocese, she is a member of the Standing Committee, Partners in Mission Commission, Nominating Committee and was Convener, Northern Tier Convocation, 2007-2010.
Peter Harer

The Rev. Peter Harer, Rector, St. Andrew’s, Lewisburg

Father Harer is a member of the Ecclesiastical Trial Court (Current President) and Co-Convener of the Susquehanna Convocation.
Janis Yskamp

The Rev. Janis Yskamp, Rector, Christ Church Coudersport & All Saints, Brookland

Rev. Yskamp has been in the Diocese of Central PA for 12 years. She was ordained a priest in June 2010. She is a member of the Coudersport Ministerium and Ulysses Ministerium. She is Co-convener of the Northern Tier Convocation and as such is a member of the Council of Trustees.
David Robson

The Rev. Dr. David Robson, Rector, St. Andrew’s, York

Father Robson has been in the Diocese of Central PA for 12 years. He is President of York-Adams Volunteer Organization Active in Disasters, and is highly engaged in research in spirituality and adult education. In nearly thirty years of parish ministry, David has served the church on a broad range of committees and offices. He served as Convocation Convener, the Council of Trustees and chaired the Commission on Congregational Development.

Richard Bushman

Mr. Richard L. Bushman, Esq.

Richard has been a communicant in good standing for 32 years (Diocese of Pittsburgh). He is currently a member of St. Andrew’s, Shippensburg. He has served two years as a Junior Warden and five years as a Vestry member.
